A 50% Reservation Deposit will be required to book your stay. We accept most major credit cards or your personal check for deposit on guaranteed reservations.


21-day notice of cancellation is required for refund of your reservation deposit, minus an 8% cancellation fee if deposit has already been charged.


A substantial cleaning/damages deposit will be required to assure that the property is respected and left in good condition.


No Pets will be allowed on the premises.


No Campers will be allowed on the premises.


No Smoking will be permitted inside the Treehouse at any time. Smoking is permitted on the outside deck only. Cigarette butts are not to be tossed off the deck or carried inside the house.


No outside visitors other than registered guests are allowed on the premises without prior authorization.


No illegal, inappropriate, or obscene behavior will be tolerated. The Treehouse Lodge is a family-oriented property. If you wouldn’t want your small children or your parents or your pastor to witness your behavior, then it is probably inappropriate!
